Exchange/Refund Policy
-Submit exchange/refund request within 14 days of receiving package.
-Items must be unwashed.
-Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, in which case we will cover the shipping fees.
Washing Instructions
-Hand wash preferred.
-If machine washing:
•Turn inside out.
•Select a delicate/wool cycle with cold water.
-Keep away from direct sunlight or heat sources — heat can shrink or distort the fabric.
